Future Leaders Program

Future Leaders is a combined initiative of Wine Australia and Australian Grape & Wine (formally the Winemakers' Federation of Australia (WFA) and Australian Vignerons). It is a professional and personal development program that creates a network of confident, committed individuals who will "be next" and contribute to the future success of the Australian Wine community. 

Coordinated by Wine Australia, Future Leaders will be offered to applicants with open, creative, inquisitive minds who are early to mid-career and have shown themselves to be an emerging leader of the sector. This year's program will explore new avenues in business, marketing, and governance and will also look how global economics will shape the future.
