Diversity and Equality in Wine

WFA identified a gap in the sector regarding gender equality. From this, a working group was established to advise WFA on the content of a Diversity and Equality Charter for the Australian wine sector.

The working group has produced three documents to form a comprehensive framework for the Grape & Wine sector, in the area of Diversity and Equality:

The Charter

Supporting Document to the Charter

Action Plan

The WFA Board has signed off on the Charter and corresponding supporting document and implementation plan, to seek greater diversity and equality in the sector. WFA will require all Board and Committee members to become signatories/support the principles in the Charter and will encourage all members to become signatories/support the principles in the Charter.

Email us to express your commitment to become a signatory to the WFA Diversity & Gender Equality Charter.
