The document is divided into several sections to assist you in locating the most suitable resources. Also included is a list of Contributors and Acknowledgments for those who have shared their expertise, given valuable information and support. Each Contributor is happy to be contacted for further information on their specific documents or business services as well as general advice in their field.

Glossary
The tourism industry is incredibly acronym heavy and many business operators are easily confused by the lingo. The Glossary includes common business, tourism and wine industry acronyms plus a handy list of Tourism Terms.
