The Winemakers' Federation of Australia (WFA) and Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation have jointly developing a new industry strategy called Wine Australia: Directions to 2025. The initiative is designed to build on the Strategy 2025 document released 10 years ago, which laid the foundation for creating the export-oriented industry we know today.

Directions sets out a strategic framework for ensuring the sector remains successful and sustainable through outcomes such as determining the size and scope of market opportunities on a country by country basis and defining profitable segments for Australian producers within those identified market opportunities.

Directions has also been launched in each state and will be launched in key wine regions. Further details on the regional workshop program will be announced on this website once confirmed.
