About the Wine Industry

WFA produced the publication Australian Wine: Regional, Sustainable, Essential in 2008 to highlight the value of the Australian wine industry and its contribution to the national economy. Download PDF

General information about Australian wine and wine regions can be found on the Wine Australia web site. This includes fact sheets and the online education program Australia: world class. There is also a separate Student Guide.

Industry data and statistical / analytical publications are available from the Winefacts section of the Wine Australia site. Some material is free to all users. Other publications can be purchased on a pay-for-use basis.

Wine Australia also provides a telephone and email information service for industry and the general community.
